JimFluencer is designed for private, controlled creation—not public discovery, impersonation, or unreviewed distribution.
Allowed: your own original work
Use your workspace for original virtual personas, your own likeness, or a creator’s documented and specifically authorized likeness and voice rights.
Not allowed: non-consensual replicas
Do not upload, train, depict, or clone a person without permission. Do not use public images, social profiles, leaked material, or a third party’s private media as training data.
Not allowed: minors or ambiguous age
Do not create, train on, request, or distribute any content involving minors or people whose age is unclear. Stop and seek appropriate review if you are uncertain.
Not allowed: harmful or deceptive conduct
Do not use the product for fraud, harassment, coercion, extortion, stalking, false endorsements, misleading reviews, defamation, or unlawful content.
Use platform labels
If a publishing platform requires an AI, altered-content, advertising, or material-connection label, apply it. The final publication decision and its disclosures remain your responsibility.
Keep exports controlled
Use private storage, reviewed delivery links, and watermarking where appropriate. Never treat generated output as automatically safe to distribute without human review.
