Terms of Use

Clear rules for a private creator workspace.

These beta terms summarize how the product is intended to be used. They should be reviewed and finalized with qualified counsel before a broad paid launch.

You control your workspace

You are responsible for activity under your account, the creator information you upload, and any connected third-party services or account-owned compute credentials.

Rights before training

Only train or generate from material you own or are authorized to use. For a real person or digital twin, obtain and document clear permission for the intended AI training and generation use.

Adult-only workflows

Adult-adjacent studio tools are for adults only. Never upload or generate content involving minors, uncertain-age subjects, or material that could depict a minor.

Review before delivery

Generated output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Review every asset, disclosure, caption, and export before distributing it, especially where it could be interpreted as endorsement or a real-person statement.

No deceptive identity use

Do not impersonate, defame, harass, deceive, or create unauthorized digital replicas. Do not represent synthetic output as a real person’s work or endorsement when that would mislead an audience.

Beta changes

During beta, features, integrations, and limits may change as reliability and safety controls are tested. Avoid relying on the service as your sole archive or delivery channel.

No feature, policy page, or workflow tool is a guarantee of legal or platform compliance. You remain responsible for your inputs, permissions, disclosures, output review, and applicable laws.
