Controlled beta
Build the workflow before you scale the audience.
JimFluencer beta is for creators who want a private, consent-forward workflow and are prepared to validate each stage with real oversight.
1. Create your workspace
Sign in, review your account settings, and configure only the compute or Local AI services you control. Credentials stay encrypted and masked after save.
2. Create a consented creator
Start with an original virtual creator or a documented real-person/digital-twin authorization. Do not upload references until the intended training and output rights are clear.
3. Prove one complete loop
Use a small reference set, test a still, review it, then test a short video or a controlled custom-request workflow. Treat each output as a draft until approved.
4. Connect training carefully
Add your own RunPod training endpoint only after the endpoint is built and secured. Train one controlled model, generate a test still, and verify the output before scaling.
5. Keep feedback concrete
Report the exact route, action, error, and time. Beta feedback is most useful when it helps reproduce a broken handoff or unclear user state.
6. Do not overpromise
Until billing, social publishing, and every connected service are independently verified, present the workspace as a controlled beta rather than a finished consumer service.
